Join us for an easy 5km run followed by a guided stretch session. Stay for a coffee and HYROX event debrief plus time to chat about upcoming events, sessions and all things fitness & more!

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or session. Participants may reschedule a class with at least 1 hours' notice, subject to availability. In the event of a class cancellation by TM Fitness Ltd, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided. For more details please see full terms and conditions.
