45 min group strength training session.
Service Description
Strength is the foundation of fitness. This 45min class will focus on compound movements including squats, deadlifts & push and pull movement patterns. Using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, body weight and resistance bands this class will educate and guide you through a progressive strength training programme. The perfect class to complement your HYROX training, support your overall fitness goals and ensure a balanced approach to your training week.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled class or session. Participants may reschedule a class with at least 1 hours' notice, subject to availability.
